SYNERGY:  The interaction of two or more agents or forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects.

The "synergy" of the proper nutrition and a fitness plan are the forces that when combined can deliver you the results and help you achieve your goals. I provide a formula and the tools that guarantee results. You can sign up at a local gym and work out there if you know how and what you are doing. You can consult with a dietitian and begin your path of improving your diet and changing your eating habits or you can just call 610-357-6272 or e-mail Tague Training & Nutrition, LLC.

I am a participating provider for Independence Blue Cross/Highmark Blue Shield and I accept all major credit cards
